Growth and Development In and Through Connections

Participants learn about the 4 obstacles in relationships:

  • Misunderstanding of their relational nature
  • How negative messages have impacted their sense of self
  • How feelings / emotions have been seen negatively instead of as keys to self-understanding
  • Inability to express themselves and be heard

Participants also learn about and practice 4 solutions that will improve relationships with self and others.

As a result participants can look forward to:

Simply, groups help people grow and change.

Growth and change are a part of everyone’s life.  Sometimes we welcome it and sometimes we resist it.  Group counseling and therapy can help.
Everyone needs others to assist them with the rough, difficult parts of that growth and change process.
